Processing Time & Shipping
In-Stock Items
- Processing Time: 3–5 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times:
- Europe: 2–4 business days
- USA: 4–10 business days
- Canada & South America: 12–15 business days
- International: 7–12 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, peak seasons, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Pre-Order Items
Products marked as Pre-Order are not immediately available for dispatch.
The estimated shipping timeframe for each pre-order item is clearly displayed on the relevant product page (for example, 2–3 business weeks). This estimate refers to the date the order is expected to leave our warehouse.
Please note:
- Shipping estimates are subject to production schedules, licensing approvals and logistics.
- If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will normally be shipped together once all items become available, unless otherwise agreed.
- If there are significant delays, we will notify you by email.
Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, local taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.
The customer is solely responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, clearance fees or any other charges required by local authorities or the shipping carrier.
FanCollex has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they vary from country to country.
Carrier Processing & Brokerage Fees
Some shipping carriers, including but not limited to UPS, DHL, FedEx and other express couriers, may charge additional brokerage, customs clearance or processing fees when handling international shipments.
These fees are determined solely by the carrier and/or customs authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
FanCollex is not responsible for any additional charges applied by the shipping carrier after dispatch.
Customs Delays
Customs inspections and clearance procedures are outside our control.
Any delays caused by customs authorities or shipping carriers do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund or compensation.
Refused Shipments
If a customer refuses to pay customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees or other import-related charges and the shipment is returned to FanCollex, any refund will be processed only after the parcel has been successfully returned.
The following costs may be deducted from the refund:
- Original shipping costs.
- Return shipping charges.
- Customs charges.
- Carrier processing fees.
- Any additional costs incurred due to the refused shipment.
If the returned parcel is abandoned, destroyed by customs or otherwise not returned to FanCollex, no refund will be issued.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website or via 17 Track.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
FanCollex cannot be held responsible for delays, additional charges or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.
FanCollex is not liable for delays caused by shipping companies, customs authorities, weather conditions, strikes, transport disruptions or other events beyond our reasonable control.
