At FanCollex, we want every fan to love their collectible. If you're not satisfied, here’s how we handle returns:
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in original condition and in the original packaging.
- To start a return, please contact our team with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
We do not accept returns on final sale or custom-made items.
